Usha (name changed), aged 22 years was married when she had just reached her adolescence to a man 10 years her elder. After 5 years, she was deserted by her drug addicted husband and was forced to look for livelihood for her 2 children and herself. This story is a repeat affair in anyone's neighborhood.  

With the timely intervention of Youth Veerangnayen,  Usha and many other destitute like her were trained in skills like tailoring and are able to sustain their family and live life with dignity.
